Apex Microtechnology's radiation tolerant devices are ready to order and in volume production with low lead times. Apex's radiation tolerant devices include radiation data for HDR, ELDRS, and SEE testing in addition to TID lot traceability and PIND data. The RT devices will be accompanied by a complete radiation report upon purchase (minimum order quantity of 5 devices).
