Apex Microtechnology's PA81/PA82, a 30 mA, 200 V Power Amplifier with Low Bias Current

The PA81J and PA82J are high voltage power operational amplifiers that provide a wide range of supply capability. The PA81J is a 200V supply, 30mA output device, and the PA82J is a 300V supply, 15mA version. High accuracy is achieved with a cascode input circuit configuration.

Target applications for these devices include high impedance buffers, electrostatic transducers and deflection, and programmable power supplies. These hybrid-designed products are housed in an electrically isolated, hermetically sealed, 8-pin TO-3 metal package. For continuous operation under load, a heatsink of proper rating is recommended.
